Do participants need to download an app?
No. They scan a QR code and the listening page opens in their phone’s web browser. No app store, no account, no sign-up.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The tour runs on a local WiFi network created by a small portable router the guide carries. Audio never leaves the local network, so no mobile data or venue WiFi is needed. The one exception is live translation, which is opt-in: if the guide turns it on, that feature does need internet and streams the guide's voice for translation.
How many people can listen at the same time?
Up to 60 participants can listen to one guide’s phone simultaneously.
What equipment does the guide need?
The guide’s own phone with the Your Next Tours app, plus a portable WiFi router for offline tours. That is the entire kit.
Can participants keep their own headsets?
Yes -- everyone listens through their own earphones on their own phone. Nothing is shared between participants or between groups.
