Trips
Open a trip for a date, set its capacity and add your guests. The assistant copies the program into the trip and prepares a personal invitation link for each guest, so each departure keeps its own dates and guest list.
Website
Ask for a new tour page, updated prices, a fresh text for the home page or a new language. The assistant makes the change on your site and publishes it when you are happy with it.

Permissions
Your assistant only works inside your Your Next Tours account. The first time you connect, you see every permission on its own line and choose which ones to allow. Security
Your assistant works on your own account, and on company data only as far as your role allows.
Participant names and e-mails, form answers and announcements to guests are not part of the first connection. Your assistant has to ask for them separately.
An assistant can never make payments, see your password or Wi-Fi passwords, or start a live broadcast.
Remove the connector in ChatGPT or Claude. Sign out of all devices in your settings ends every AI connection at once.
Yes. Attach a PDF or Word file in ChatGPT or Claude, or paste the link of a tour page, and ask it to turn it into a program. Your assistant reads the file or page and creates the program in your panel as a draft, so you can check days, times and prices before you use it. Reading a link needs web access turned on in your assistant.
Yes. Your Next Tours connects through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools use to work with outside services. You don't need to know anything about it: you sign in, choose permissions and talk to your assistant. Any MCP client that supports sign-in can connect the same way.
On ChatGPT, custom connectors currently need a paid plan with Developer mode turned on. On Claude, custom connectors are available on its plans, with limits on the free plan; on Team and Enterprise an owner adds the connector once for everyone. Both providers change their plans from time to time, so their own setup guide is the final word.
No. The connector works with every Your Next Tours account, including the free one. What your assistant can do follows your account: website tools need a company account on the Enterprise plan, translating your website uses your translation credits, and company data follows your role in the company.

Remove Your Next Tours from the connector settings in ChatGPT or Claude. To end every AI connection at once, use Sign out of all devices in your panel settings.

What the connector is, what it can do on your account, why it saves real work and how your data stays under your control.
The Your Next Tours MCP server is a connector that lets AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude work directly on your Your Next Tours account. It uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard AI tools use to read from and act on outside services.
Once connected, your assistant can read your own tours, programs, trips and ratings, and with your permission create and update them. You sign in with your Your Next Tours account and approve each permission; there is no API key to copy and nothing to install.
The connector covers the work tour guides and tour companies do before and after a tour. What is available follows your permissions, your role in a company and your plan.
Create and edit tour templates with slides, info cards, a stop schedule and collectibles, and choose who can see them.
